Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is needed for our Pilates classes. My sessions are suitable for all levels.

Should I bring anything with me?

Please bring along an exercise mat, small hand towel to use as a pillow and a bottle of water.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable, non restrictive exercise clothing, to allow you to move freely. You can wear socks or go barefoot.

Do you offer 1 to 1 sessions

Yes. I offer 1~1 and duet classes in your home. Contact me if this is something that you may prefer.
