The purpose of Sports Massage is to work directly at the injury/issue site and surrounding area. A Sports Massage will involve questions about the injury or problem, a visual assessment followed by the massage treatment which will also include stretching and sometimes intense massage techniques followed by home care advice. First time clients will require an initial consultation which lasts around 15 minutes and is carried out at the first session.
